This type of heat pump pound for pound is the better option compared to Ground Source with the difference in cost in Installation, Service & Maintenance. Most Air Source heat pumps come with a 7 year warranty. Air Source heat pumps are in included in the Governments Renewable Heating Incentive Scheme and the heat incentive is due to increase in percentage from April 2017.
