Thermal imaging benefits.
Thermal imaging is the un-intrusive way of assessing problems in buildings we may not otherwise see. Problems such as investigating Cold Spots, Hot Spots, Cause of Heat Losses, Finding Hidden Pipework, also locating possible electrical faults.
Thermal imaging Uses.
The use of a Thermal Imaging camera visualises the temperate issues you may be able to feel yet can not identify. Without the need for digging up floorboards, or taking down walls thermal imaging can identify where in your pipe work there is a leak based on the heat radiating on the camera’s screen. If your home is not as warm as it should be with the heating on, then a scan with the thermal imaging camera will highlight cold spots your radiators, and where in your home heat is escaping clearly for you to understand.
It can also identify the areas within your home that are at risk of damp, or suffering from water damage after a leak. If you suspect water damage, yet can not see any water, thermal imaging can pin point the exact areas affected, and to the level they are affected.
Moving in to a new home? Let us survey your heating system to assure it is working efficiently and there are no problems that will need addressing. The survey can also inspect your insulation for its thermal performance.
Commercially thermal imaging can also help identify areas within your air conditioning that is malfunctioning, identifying heat spots where there shouldn’t be any. It reduces the time take to identify and repair problems, with minimal disruption. We can also show you, the customer, where these problem spots are when walking you through the quote.
