• All cancellations must be emailed to Accounts@ambienthomesystems.co.uk, 24hours before appointment time. Failure will result in No Refund of Payment.
• All booked in works must be possible and match description of service chosen and paid for, any questions regarding service selection and suitability must be emailed to mick@ambienthomesystems.co.uk firstly before making any payment.
• All workmanship is subject to 12 months warranty, however where we are asked to perform a temporary repair, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer from ourselves as on temporary repairs no such warranty’s will be given.
• Materials, where we supply materials and products we will of course pass on the manufactures warranty/guarantee’s. Where the client, supplies there own materials/products we shall not supply any such warranty/guarantee. If any Client supplied Materials/Products, are substandard, faulty, not complete, this liability is completely under the ownership of the client, and the fee for the job will be required to be paid for a second time.
• All prices given are inclusive of VAT.
• If the service chosen causes more work, than originally selected through no fault of either party then, the extra cost to the client will be agreed and paid for before commencement.
• Due to the nature of the business your statutory rights of 14 day money back guarantee does not apply.
• All complaints must be made either by email and these will respond in 48hours
• As we are a Gas Safe Registered Company the client is to understand that under the Unsafe Situations Guidance Procedure, we may have to isolate any unsafe appliances with the client permission, where permission is not granted we have a duty to arrange for your Gas Transporter to act.




Ambient Home Systems Privacy Policy

Ambient Home Systems operates its website in obedience with relevant laws on data privacy protection and data security. Ambient Home Systems can log data for security analysis reports and to defend against cyber-attacks. We will only collect the users IP address and no personal data is ever collected or used in this connection due to privacy laws. We will only even analyse IP addresses in the event of a cyber-attack and all log data is deleted on a regular basis for upmost protection. In addition to this, when a client voluntarily ops to provide personal data such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, or e-mail addresses through either: Registration or contact inquiries we will process this as we are entitled to. Such data will only be used for order processing, newsletters and general responses.

Ambient Home Systems will not share your data without any consent or when we are otherwise legally entitled to do so. The website is secured with an SSL certificate promising the security and upright protection of all clients’ data. Ambient Home Systems work closely with our service providers such as Hosting and IT maintenance in order to make sure all data is protected. Data is shared only in connection with and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We do not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.

Ambient Home Systems will ensure to respond to all legitimate requests for information and where applicable, to correct, amend, or delete your personal data.
